About the Role:
The appointed individual will find ways to grow our clientele’s needs while delivering outstanding technical support. They will establish trusting bonds with our customers and make sure that our telematics and fleet management systems provide the most return on investment. The chosen applicant will learn about the fleet management sector in this position and acquire fundamental abilities in technical troubleshooting, customer support, and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-line technical assistance should be given to clients in order to debug software and hardware difficulties, guide them through system utilization, and promptly resolve concerns.
- Customer service: Establish a friendly relationship with customers, make sure that all inquiries are addressed expertly, and develop a reputation for providing outstanding service.
- Sales Support: Find ways to help customers by suggesting more services or allowing them to use our platform more extensively. Work together with the sales team to support the sales process and qualify leads.
- Training & Development: Assist clients in making the most use of our telematics solutions by providing them with direction and training on platform usage.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep thorough records of all correspondence with clients, trouble tickets, and the creation of sales leads.
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline.
- Prior experience working in sales or technical assistance will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with fundamental sales concepts.
- Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and time-management abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude and capacity for sympathetic support.
- Eagerness to support sales goals as well as customer happiness.

Terms of Service:
- The successful candidates will be placed on a Fixed Term Contract.
