Job Brief:
We were looking for an Assistant General Manager to supervise our restaurant’s day-to-day operations. Assistant General Manager Duties:
- Help the General Manager carry out the strategy plan by keeping an eye on everything and making sure that all rules and guidelines are followed.
- Help the General Manager settle disputes and negotiate contracts.
- Help the general manager with organizational development, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Help the general manager develop, put into practice, and evaluate organizational policies and procedures.
- Supervise employee growth, training, and performance.
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Help the general manager oversee daily operations, as assigned, by helping to schedule and fill shifts.
- Address client concerns, settle disagreements, and direct them to the relevant departments
- Keep up-to-date understanding of the processes, goods, and practices used in a certain department.
- Help with hiring, preparing, and acclimating new hires

- Take part in departmental and company meetings and initiatives.
Requirements And Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a similar discipline
- Three or more years of verified managerial experience
- Powerful ability to make decisions
- Above average teamwork, delegation, and communication abilities
- Demonstrated aptitude for creating and managing financial plans
