Program Leadership & Strategic Visioning

Stakeholder Engagement & External Representation

Monitoring, Evaluation & Sustainability

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A master’s degree in business administration, education, environmental studies, agriculture, social sciences, or international development, or a similar discipline, is required. It is preferred to have a master’s degree in these or other related fields.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in program management, with at least three of those years spent in senior leadership roles, and a proven track record of managing and completing challenging development projects.
  • An advantage is demonstrated experience in fields including community-driven development, education, climate resilience, and gender equality.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for interacting with important stakeholders, including civil society organizations and government agencies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, including risk management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Good leadership qualities and the capacity to motivate, coach, and build groups in a multicultural setting.
