  • Assist with every facet of the procurement and provision of products and services for the client’s project.
  • Make that the contracting process is carried out correctly, paying particular attention to the beginning and ending of calls for candidate proposals, as well as the contract award and implementation stages for contracts pertaining to Technical Assistance Services (TAS).
  • Support for all contractual inquiries pertaining to the administration of TAS and other contracts, provided to the service requester and the human resources team.
  • Establish and uphold the reporting requirements for the status of active TASs and other contracts.
  • Project-level HR and administrative coordinator for all reporting requirements for TAS and HR contracts.
  • Report the mobilization status by utilizing the tracking tool.

Accountabilities:

  • HR administration and Technical Assistance Services (TAS).
  • Assist service requestors in completing and submitting their requests to TAS providers who have been authorized.
  • Assist the service requestor in compiling a short list of contenders by reviewing the proposals.
  • As needed, schedule interviews between applicants and people requesting services, and keep a record of those conversations.
  • Send out the routing slip or RTA and then follow up to make sure all the necessary signatures for approval are on file.
  • Make ensuring that contract and approval paperwork is properly filed and administered.
  • From posting the position and submitting a request to TAS agencies through the actual mobilization at EACOP, the job holder bears responsibility for organizing, supervising, and carrying out the entire personnel mobilization procedure.
